Italux Rovato 4K ONFL-0224-4K is a compact square LED fitting designed for recessed installation in a façade or garden structure. Its integrated 3 W source produces 96 lm of neutral 4000 K light, while the sand-black housing is rated IP65.

A discreet built-in orientation light

The square face measures approximately 7 × 7 cm and the body is 6.5 cm wide. Once installed in a prepared opening, the visible element is a flat black frame with a recessed point of light. This format suits steps, low façade positions, walls and garden routes where visual guidance is needed rather than broad general illumination. The single protected image shows the exact variant: square black faceplate, central lens and cylindrical mounting body with retaining springs. The gallery is limited, but it contains no mismatched product or misleading alternative finish.

3 W, 96 lm and neutral 4000 K

The built-in LED module consumes 3 W and emits 96 lm. This deliberately modest output is intended to mark edges, passages and architectural details, not to illuminate a large area on its own. A 4000 K colour temperature gives neutral white light that clearly defines paving textures and contemporary architecture. The source is integral to the fitting and included, so no separate bulb is selected. Italux states that the product is not dimmable; it should therefore not be connected to a conventional phase-cut dimmer.

Aluminium, glass and a sand-black finish

The housing is made from aluminium and the light-covering element is glass. Its exterior has a sand-textured black finish that complements the restrained square geometry. Manufacturer dimensions are 7 cm long, 6.5 cm wide and 7 cm high. Before cutting an opening, check the actual mounting-can size, substrate thickness and cable space; external dimensions do not replace the installation template. Code ONFL-0224-4K distinguishes this neutral-white version from the warmer Rovato 3K model, which has different light characteristics.

IP65 protection and 100–240 V supply

IP65 denotes a dust-tight enclosure protected against water jets, but effective sealing still depends on correct installation, cable entry and compliance with the instructions. The fitting is intended for garden and façade use, not permanent immersion. It operates at 100–240 V, so a mains installation requires suitable protection and isolation before work begins. Electrical installation should be handled by a qualified person, particularly outdoors. Italux provides a five-year warranty.
