How big it is and where to mount it

The base plate measures 28 × 10 cm and the whole fitting stands 18 cm tall — that is how far it drops below a ceiling or projects from a wall. Those proportions suit a position above a doorway, over a kitchen worktop or above a picture, without reaching into the middle of the room.

The rectangular plate takes both ceiling and wall mounting; the single-head 1100 from the same series is listed by the manufacturer as a wall light. The fitting runs on 230 V mains.

How much light PAKOS 1102 gives

It takes two E14 lamps of up to 40 W per socket. The shades are opaque and closed at the back, so the light leaves in a narrow cone in whichever direction you aim the head — this is accent lighting rather than a room's main source.

Both heads sit on joints and aim independently. Colour and brightness come down to the lamps you fit: 2700–3000 K gives warm, slightly yellow light close to an old incandescent bulb, while 4000 K reads neutral and sharper for working.

Which interiors it suits

The manufacturer intends the Pakos series for living rooms, kitchens and hallways, and for restaurants and cafés. The style is modern: smooth undecorated cylinders and a clear split between the white body and the black hardware.

The red lining shows only when you look into the shade from the lit side — it is the one strong colour accent on the fitting.

Build and series

Frame and shades are metal; the manufacturer lists silver, white and black finishes. The Pakos series also includes the single-head 1100 on a 12 cm plate and the three-head 1103 on a 43 cm plate, so the same shape can be combined in different lengths.
