TRYSIL 1039BL is a complete pole luminaire: a four-metre pole of extruded aluminium ending in a Y-shaped fork that carries two rectangular heads 118 cm apart. It is bought as one item — pole and heads are a single product.
Light distribution
The light is diffuse, hemispherical and directed downward. Upward light output is ULOR 0.4% and the BUG rating is B2-U2-G1 — practically the whole flux lands on the path rather than in the sky. That matters wherever light-pollution requirements apply or protected land lies nearby.

The luminaire draws 40 W (the LED modules alone 34.8 W) and delivers 4145 lm out of the fitting from 6648 lm produced by the diodes — a luminaire efficiency of 103.6 lm/W. DALI2 control
An electronic DALI2 driver is built in, so the luminaire suits centrally controlled installations: night-dimming schedules, group dimming, integration with a municipal system. Inrush current is 10 A / 50 µs, which matters when sizing protection for many poles on one circuit.
Durability and service
Sealing is IP65, mechanical resistance IK10, the lens transparent structured polycarbonate, UV stabilised, with a silicone gasket. Operating range −20 to +45 °C. The manufacturer plans for service: both the LED module and the control gear are replaceable by a qualified person, and a service set ZS1039zx0009 exists for the fitting. That is rare in integrated luminaires and genuinely extends the life of an installation.
Installation
The luminaire is electrical class I — a protective earth conductor is required. Supply 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz. Terminals accept up to 5 × 4 mm², with loop-through to the next pole up to 5 × 2.5 mm²; maximum round cable diameter is 13.6 mm. Install according to the instructions supplied with the luminaire, by a suitably qualified person. Mounting accessories (foundation, anchors) are bought separately.
Versions and options
The same model comes in three standard colours: black RAL 9005 (1039BL), aluminium RAL 9006 (1039AL) and graphite RAL 7016 (1039GR). To order, Norlys offers a class II build, 2700 K colour, a different flux, a version with surge protection (SPD), another RAL colour and a different pole height. The TRYSIL family also includes single-head versions and low bollards.
