KAMELIA 1386 is a classic ceiling lamp with a fabric shade in ecru, set on a short stem with a metal ceiling rose. The shade is slightly tapered with a texture close to raw linen, and a diffuser closes it underneath, so the bulb stays out of sight.

Fabric instead of glass

That choice changes the character of the light. A fabric shade neither reflects nor focuses — it lets part of the light through its sides, giving a warm, diffuse glow on the walls, and sends the rest down through the lower diffuser. The effect is closer to a bedside lamp than to a ceiling fitting: soft, without hard edges. For a bedroom, a classically furnished dining room or a hallway, where mood matters more than intensity.

38 centimetres across, 41 tall

At these dimensions the lamp is clearly present — this is not a discreet fitting. A height of 41 cm means it drops well below the ceiling, so in a room with a low ceiling it is worth checking that it will not sit in the sightline. It weighs 0.8 kg, so the fixing needs nothing special.

An E27 socket, the lamp is your choice

The fitting has one E27 socket rated to 15 W — a limit set by the closed fabric shade, where heat has no way out. No bulb is included, so the colour temperature is yours to choose; against ecru fabric a warm white around 2700-3000 K works best and brings out the cream tone of the material.

Made in Poland, five-year warranty

Jupiter manufactures in Częstochowa and covers this lamp with a five-year warranty — two and a half times the statutory minimum. The build is steel, fabric and PVC, and the IP20 rating is for dry interiors.
