PLATINO is a large pendant from the Polish maker Jupiter: 121 cm across, three shades on E27 sockets, and a brassed metal structure in a brushed finish with green and white.

A size that needs planning

This fitting is 121 cm wide and weighs eight kilograms — not a lamp to hang from a plug in plasterboard. The fixing point has to be anchored into the slab or into structural timber, and the lift is easier with two people. In return, one fitting serves a whole table: at this span, with three separate light points, the light spreads along the full length of the top instead of pooling in the middle. Suspension height reaches 170 cm and is set at installation, so the lamp also suits rooms with high ceilings.

Brushed brass, green and white
