GRID Model L is a recessed ceiling luminaire in which five separate light cells sit in a single row 147 mm long. The black interior of each cell and the deeply set diodes mean that once installed you see a dark rectangle rather than a strip of bright points.

What the five cells are for

The division into cells is not decoration. Instead of one wide beam the fitting produces five separate narrow 45° beams that only overlap on the surface being lit. The result is even but still directional light with a soft edge — the kind wanted above a worktop, above a counter, or along a display wall. Spectrum positions the whole GRID family as accent luminaires, meant to pick out chosen elements of a space rather than to light whole rooms.

Installation

The fitting is 147 mm long, 47 mm wide and 45 mm deep — narrow and shallow, which lets it go into a suspended ceiling with little service space. It fixes on sprung clips that fold out once the body is pushed through the aperture and pull it up against the board. Construction is aluminium with tempered glass; the black version gives the least visible edge against a dark ceiling.

Supply and warranty

Power is 12 W and the LED source is permanently integrated. The catalogue code ending _ZASILACZ denotes the version supplied complete with its driver, so no separate one has to be specified. Spectrum covers the GRID series with a five-year warranty. The fitting is intended for dry interiors.
