The Erimida PND-2244-8A-AB is a pendant lamp on a branching steel bar finished in antique brass, carrying eight spherical amber glass shades hung at different heights. The shades are see-through, so the bulb and the neighbouring globes show through them.
How much room it takes and how high to hang it
The frame is 84 cm long and 34 cm wide, and the body itself is 28 cm tall — a proportion for a table 80–90 cm wide or a kitchen island, not for a round side table. Over a square table the lamp is normally lined up along one axis.
Total height including the suspension is up to 150 cm and is shortened during installation. Over a table the drop is usually set so the bottom edge of the shades sits 70–80 cm above the top: the light then covers the whole surface and the globes do not block the faces opposite. The lamp hangs on two wires from a rectangular canopy.
Eight light sources, none of them in the box
The lamp has eight G9 holders and is intended for replaceable LED sources only. The manufacturer gives 5 W as the maximum per holder — that is the bulb limit, not the fitting's draw, so brightness depends on the lamps you buy. No bulbs are included: eight are needed.
It can be dimmed, but that takes both a dimmer in the installation and bulbs described as dimmable — the fitting itself has no control electronics. Supply is 230 V.
Finish and what the amber glass does
The frame is steel in an antique brass finish — a warm, muted metal, closer to broken gold than to mirror shine. Amber glass tints the light warm and takes the edge off it, so even a cooler bulb reads warmer under these shades than it would under opal glass.
The ingress rating restricts it to dry indoor rooms. The manufacturer gives a two-year warranty, and the same Erimida is also made in black and in gold.
