Single-light Sarpo pendant

The Italux Sarpo PND-58867-1S-BK-BRO is a single-light pendant with a clear glass shade and metal components in a brass colour. Its rounded shade leaves the lamp visible, making the bulb shape and finish part of the fitting’s appearance. The cylindrical lampholder, cable and round ceiling canopy share the same brass-toned treatment. Italux classifies the model as modern and identifies metal alloy and glass as its construction materials.

The shade is 20 cm in diameter and 26 cm high. Overall height, including the suspension and ceiling canopy, is 96 cm. The opening provided for the light source measures 6.3 cm in diameter. These dimensions help assess the scale of the pendant and select a bulb that fits inside the shade while remaining proportionate to its transparent form. Sarpo can provide a single point of light above a small table, worktop or selected area of a room; the exact position should be planned for the ceiling height and the way the space is used.

The fitting has one E27 lampholder and accepts a replaceable traditional or LED bulb. The manufacturer specifies a maximum wattage of 40 W. A bulb is not included, so colour temperature, brightness, bulb shape and light-source technology can be selected separately. Clear glass does not conceal the bulb, making its external design another practical consideration. Dimming is possible when a suitable dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer are used.

Sarpo operates on a 220–240 V supply. Its IP20 rating indicates use in dry interiors and does not provide the protection required in areas exposed to water. Installation should follow the supplied instructions and applicable electrical rules. The manufacturer provides a two-year guarantee. Before installation, check the 96 cm overall height, the capacity of the mounting point, and the selected bulb’s E27 cap and compliance with the 40 W limit. Keeping these measurements in view also helps maintain suitable clearance around the glass shade.
