Nordlux Aludra is a black Seaside outdoor ceiling light for ceiling installation. Its slim 18.8 cm-high body, measuring 12.4 cm in diameter, has a sculptural ribbed form by Jacob Jensen Design. Openings around the fitting create a defined pattern of light and shadow on the wall and ceiling; the result depends on the chosen bulb.
The fitting uses one replaceable E27 bulb of up to 15 W, which is not supplied. For dimming, choose a dimmable E27 bulb and provide compatible control in the installation.
For outdoor ceiling positions
The IP54 rating confirms outdoor use. This compact fitting can be considered above an entrance, on a terrace or beneath a gazebo roof; compare the mounting position with its 12.4 cm diameter and 18.8 cm height first. It operates on 220–240 V and is Class I, so the electrical installation needs an earth connection.
Aluminium with a Seaside finish
The body is made from aluminium with polycarbonate as the secondary material. Its black Seaside surface has a special treatment and paint intended for demanding coastal conditions; Nordlux states a 10-year guarantee against surface deterioration, subject to its guarantee terms. Aludra combines modern minimalism with a pronounced detail, making it a considered match for contemporary architecture with clean lines.
