Nordlux Uma 23 is a pendant light with an oval, grey mouth-blown glass shade. The light source remains visible through the smoked glass, while the black twisted textile cable is a deliberate part of the design. Metal details complete the fitting.
Choosing the light source
This model takes one E27 bulb with a maximum rating of 40 W; the bulb is not included. An E27 LED bulb can be selected. Dimming is possible when a dimmable bulb is used, so the chosen bulb determines both the light colour and output.
Dimensions and installation
The shade measures 23 cm in diameter and the fitting has an overall height of 39.5 cm. Nordlux specifies a 200 cm cable. Compare these measurements with the ceiling height and intended suspension point before installation. Uma is intended for indoor use; its technical data lists IP20 and protection class I.
Visible character
The oval grey glass and exposed bulb give this pendant a decorative, contemporary presence. It can be used as a single suspended fitting in a living room, bedroom or dining room, including above a table once the mounting height has been assessed for the space.
