NORLYS Lillehammer DC2294GB outdoor wall light, grey beige

NORLYS Lillehammer DC2294GB is an outdoor wall light for a narrowly defined façade accent rather than broad illumination of its surroundings. Its compact rectangular body is finished in grey beige RAL 7006. The housing is powder-coated cast aluminium, with safety glass protecting the optics.

A narrow downward beam

This Lillehammer variant directs light only downwards, at an angle of 4°. Its built-in LED module consumes 3.6 W and has a colour temperature of 2700 K, producing warm white light. The narrow optics are central to its effect on a wall. Choose it to highlight a section of façade or an architectural detail, not as a substitute for a wide-beam light covering an entire terrace.

The light source produces 512 lm, whereas the luminaire output is 15 lm. These figures describe different points in the optical system and must not be treated as interchangeable when comparing fittings. The manufacturer's ULOR value of 0% indicates no upward light output in the intended mounting position.

Plan the power supply separately

DC2294GB operates on 24 V DC and requires an external constant-voltage power supply. It must not be connected directly to a 230 V mains circuit. The LED module supports dimming, but the control method depends on the selected power supply and the installation design. Equipment selection and installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified person.

The LED light source can be replaced by a professional service. This is not a fitting with a conventional socket for a user-selected bulb.

Size and architectural character

The body measures 18.5 × 11 × 8 cm. Compare its outline with the available wall area before installation. Mounting uses two 5 mm holes spaced 45 × 130 mm apart. IP65 protection and IK08 impact resistance support outdoor use, provided the fitting is installed according to its instructions.

Plain surfaces and an absence of ornamental detail suit modern, minimalist and Scandinavian architecture. Grey beige has a different relationship with façade colours from black or graphite. When choosing the finish, use the GB designation and RAL 7006 rather than relying on the family name alone.
