JORUN 80 is a suspended bar 80 cm long and only 3 cm wide, bent into a gentle arc. The LED strip runs along its underside, so the lit edge follows the curve while the bar itself stays black and matt.
An arc instead of a straight line
An ordinary straight bar divides a space with a hard line. The arc does something else: the edge of light drops towards the middle and lifts at the ends, so the fitting reads as a drawing rather than a piece of equipment. At 3 cm wide and finished in black, the lamp switched off is very nearly invisible — what remains is the stroke itself.
Light directed downward
The whole output goes downward: 1722 lumens for 13 W, at 3000 K. The ceiling stays dark and the light concentrates on whatever sits beneath. That distribution is what you want over a table, a kitchen island or a counter — it gives a clearly marked zone rather than an evenly lit room. Lighting the whole room will take a second source.
The light source is built in
The light source is included — nothing to buy separately, but also nothing to change: the LED module is sealed permanently into the profile, so neither the bulb nor the colour of the light can be swapped, and when its life ends the whole fitting is replaced. 3000 K is a warm white, closer to a traditional incandescent than to office light.
Dimensions and installation
The quoted 150 cm is the overall height including the suspension, not the thickness of the bar — what matters when planning is the height above the surface at which the lower edge should hang. The structure is steel, in black, manufactured in Poland. IP20 protection confines it to dry interiors. The manufacturer guarantees repair or replacement for 60 months from purchase — five years, well above the market standard.
