Sigma Sfera 35 – a sculptural gold ceiling light
The Sfera 35 by Sigma Lighting combines the practical format of a flush-mounted light with an expressive asymmetric shade shaped like a section of a sphere. Its outer surface has a restrained gold finish, while the interior visible from below features a richer, irregular texture. This contrast gives the fitting depth even when it is switched off. The broad opening and sloping lower edge visually lighten the dome and allow the light to emerge mainly downwards, making the inside surface an important part of the design.
A compact statement for considered interiors
At 35 cm in diameter, Sfera 35 can serve as a single focal point in a smaller room or be repeated in a larger arrangement. Its overall height is 20 cm, so it stays close to the ceiling without losing its three-dimensional silhouette. The gold finish pairs naturally with timber, black accents, warm neutral colours and stone textures. It can add a deliberate decorative note to a contemporary living room, bedroom, dining area or entrance hall—especially where the ceiling light should contribute to the composition rather than disappear into the background.
Choose the light to suit the room
The shade is made from mineral composite, with structural parts in painted steel. The fitting takes one replaceable E27 lamp with a maximum rating of 15 W LED; the bulb is not supplied. This lets you choose the colour temperature and light output for the intended setting. Since the underside is open and the gold interior remains visible, selecting a neatly shaped bulb can also support the finished appearance.
