SINALOA LE42924 is a pendant lamp in which a band of crystal elements forms a spiral – two overlapping rings 60 cm across. The spiral hangs on thin cables below a round chrome ceiling canopy, and the light comes from a built-in LED module.
How big it is and how much room it takes
According to the manufacturer's drawing the spiral is 60 cm in diameter and 17 cm high, and the whole lamp measures 120 cm from the ceiling to its lower edge. Compare this with your own room height: with a 250 cm ceiling the lowest point of the lamp ends up roughly 130 cm above the floor. The canopy is only 4 cm high.
At 60 cm across, the lamp needs a correspondingly large surface beneath it. The manufacturer intends it for hanging above a table, so its diameter is worth setting against the width of the tabletop – over a narrow table the spiral would reach beyond the edges.
How much light and of what kind
The source is an integrated 50 W LED module delivering 4070 lm. That is main-lighting level rather than mood lighting: the lamp can light a dining room on its own. The module is included, but it cannot be replaced like an ordinary bulb.
A colour temperature of 3500 K sits between warm and neutral white – the light is slightly brighter and less yellow than from a standard 2700 K bulb, but not cool. The fitting runs on 230 V mains.
Construction and style
The manufacturer lists metal and crystal as the materials: the canopy and the spiral frame are metal, and the crystal elements break up the LED light. Clear crystal combined with chrome gives the lamp a modern character with a glamour touch. In the SINALOA series the same spiral also comes in gold (LE42925), and the manufacturer also offers a model shaped as an interlaced loop.
