SLV SITRA CUBE 232537 is an outdoor wall light with a compact cubic housing. It is 10.8 cm wide, 11 cm deep and 11.5 cm high, so it remains clearly visible on a façade without projecting far from the wall. The rusty aluminium finish is paired with glass covers on both sides of the fitting.
Light in two directions
Inside are two GX53 sockets. Each accepts a lamp of up to 9 W, making the fitting's maximum permitted load 18 W in total. Lamps are not supplied. The socket arrangement sends light upward and downward at the same time, creating two separate areas of light on the wall. Selecting the GX53 lamps makes it possible to choose their colour temperature and output for the installation site.
The fitting operates on 230 V AC and is protection class I. It therefore needs correct connection by a suitably qualified installer. Using two replaceable lamps rather than an integrated LED module also makes later replacement of the light sources straightforward.
Specifications for outdoor installation
IP44 denotes protection against splashing water from every direction. IK02 states the mechanical impact rating of the housing. These values apply to a complete, correctly installed fitting; before installation, a stable mounting surface and cable route should be planned. Net weight is 1.213 kg and gross weight is 1.289 kg.
SITRA CUBE is intended where light is needed on a vertical exterior surface: by an entrance, a terrace or along a passage. Its short form and up/down distribution illuminate a section of wall and its immediate surroundings without adding a suspended fitting beneath a roof.
