SpectrumLED SPS 1F white flexible 1-circuit track connector

The white SpectrumLED SPS 1F flexible connector joins two lengths of single-circuit track where the run cannot stay in a straight line. Two rectangular housings are linked by a flexible, corrugated section, with track inserts at both ends. It is an SPS 1F system accessory, not a luminaire and not a light source. Compatibility with SPS 1F track

The joint is intended only for SpectrumLED SPS 1F single-circuit track at 230 V. It does not fit three-circuit track or 48 V magnetic track. Track, live-end feed and spotlights are separate catalogue items; this index is the connector alone. Pair the white finish with white SPS 1F rails — black parts in the same series have different codes.

The flexible section lets the track change direction at a beam, a recess or a wall-to-ceiling turn. The producer does not state a maximum bend angle or a rated current for the connector. Size the circuit from the datasheet of the specific SPS 1F track and from the combined load of the luminaires on that run.

Size and operating conditions

Dimensions are 35 × 175.5 mm. Leave that length at the change of direction, because both housings stand proud of the track profile. IP20 and indoor use rule out a bathroom wet zone, a terrace and a garden. The operating temperature range is −20 °C to +40 °C. The producer warranty is 2 years.

The connector is useful wherever a single-circuit track has to pass a beam or drop from wall to ceiling: living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, hallway, office, study, dressing room, hotel, restaurant, office building and shop. It does not replace a feed and it does not emit light. The form is plain — smooth white boxes without ornament — so in a modern or minimal interior it sits in the track line rather than drawing the eye.
