The V-TAC VT-820 is a white garden bollard with an integrated LED light source. Its upper section is an elongated, open-looking frame with vertical elements above a cylindrical base. The aluminium body and straight lines give it a modern appearance without the decorative arms of a traditional garden lantern. This version stands 80 cm tall and produces cool white light.
An 80 cm bollard beside the path
The fitting measures 108 × 800 mm. Its narrow body has no broad shade projecting out to the sides. When choosing a position, compare its height with nearby planting and the route of the walkway. A round mounting foot with fixing holes is visible in the photographs. Position the bollard beside the walking route rather than within its clear width.
This format suits garden paths, terrace edges and the sides of driveways. It can serve the same role beside a pedestrian path in a park. It is a low-level outdoor fitting, not a tall lighting column intended to illuminate a roadway.
Cool white light from an integrated LED
The LED source is rated at 10 W, with a luminous flux of 450 lm and a colour temperature of 6400 K. Its white light is cooler than that of a 3000 K version. If you are choosing several lights for one path, compare their colour temperatures so that different shades of white are not unintentionally mixed.
The integrated source means there is no separate screw-in bulb to select for initial use. This version is not dimmable. Its beam angle is 72°; bollard spacing needs to be planned for the actual area, since luminous flux alone does not define the reach of the light.
Mains power and outdoor placement
The VT-820 requires a 230 V mains connection, so it is neither solar-powered nor portable. IP65 means dust-tight protection and resistance to water jets, not permission to immerse the fitting. The stated operating range is -20 to +45°C. Its white cylinder and vertical lines suit modern, minimalist garden layouts rather than schemes based on ornate traditional lanterns.
