WoodMan MEXICO is a low table that also works as an upholstered footstool and occasional seat. SKU 852 pairs a solid beech frame, finished with linseed oil, with a beige cushion edged in visible piping. The table and footstool functions belong to one piece of furniture; this is not a set containing two separate items.
A cushion above a wooden tabletop
With the cushion in place, MEXICO stands 38 cm high. Its square seat measures 51 × 51 cm and is 8 cm thick. Polyester upholstery covers polyurethane-foam filling. The manufacturer's maximum load is 130 kg, an important limit when using the piece as an additional seat rather than only as a footrest.
Removing the cushion exposes the wooden tabletop at a height of 30 cm. Cups and other objects can then rest on the tabletop instead of the upholstered surface. The manufacturer's photograph shows the frame in this table configuration, explaining how the same structure serves two different purposes.
Checking the fit beside your seating
The width and length are both 51 cm. Compare that footprint with the available space beside an armchair or in front of a sofa before deciding where to place it. For use mainly as a footstool, compare its overall height of 38 cm with the height of your own seat. The legs themselves are 22 cm high.
Four straight legs, exposed pale beech and one square cushion support a Scandinavian, minimalist reading of the design. The upholstery remains distinct from the timber base, rather than covering the whole piece down to floor level.
Assembly and supplied parts
Assembly is intended for one person. Instructions and assembly tools are included; the manufacturer additionally recommends a hammer and screwdriver. Frame and seat are packed separately as two shipping items. The beech is FSC-certified. Made in Ukraine, MEXICO has a two-year manufacturer warranty.
