Zambelis S149 recessed spotlight, sandy black, GU10 max. 40 W

Zambelis S149 is a recessed ceiling fitting for one replaceable GU10 lamp rated at a maximum of 40 W. Its aluminium body has a sandy-black finish, and the movable lampholder lets the installed light be aimed at a selected part of the interior. The GU10 lamp is not supplied.

Plan the recessed installation

This model is made for recessed ceiling installation. Zambelis specifies a required recess depth of 10 cm, so the available void above the ceiling should be checked before an opening is made. Because the GU10 lamp is chosen separately, its colour temperature and light output can be selected for the project without treating them as properties of this fitting.

Directed light, restrained form

The movable lampholder allows the direction of light to be adjusted after installation. That is useful where one point is intended to illuminate a detail or a defined part of a room. The round recessed form keeps the ceiling surface visually uncluttered, while the sandy-black aluminium remains a visible finish detail. S149 is an indoor fitting with IP20 protection.
