Mantra CRYSTAL LED 5092 is a round flush ceiling light 45 cm across and only 8 cm deep. A 40 cm drum of clear glass filled with glass beads, which break the light into fine sparkles, sits on a mirror-finish base disc, with chrome detailing.
Size and installation
At 8 cm deep the fitting takes up very little space below the ceiling, which matters in rooms with a low ceiling and in hallways. A 45 cm diameter suits the main light of a room — the same series includes smaller 28 cm (12 W) and 36 cm (18 W) versions. The fitting weighs 4.9 kg and, per the manufacturer's instructions, mounts on a metal bracket screwed to the ceiling with wall plugs.
It is protection class II, so only the live and neutral wires are connected, with no earth. IP20 means it is intended for dry indoor rooms.
What light it gives
The integrated 24 W LED module is rated at 2940 lm and 2400 lm leaves the fitting — enough to serve as the main light of a medium-sized room. 4000 K is neutral white, good where clear light matters, and CRI 80 is standard colour rendering. The fitting is not dimmable, so it runs from an ordinary switch without a dimmer.
The light source is included, so there are no bulbs to buy. The manufacturer states an LED life of 20,000 hours and 30,000 switching cycles and declares the module replaceable.
