The HIGH cover is a snap-in diffuser in frosted PMMA, supplied as a 2 m length, made for the LUMINES furniture profiles A and D. Its cross-section is domed and stands above the edge of the profile — hence the name HIGH — and two side lugs clip into the profile groove.
Which profiles it fits
The LUMINES cover data sheet lists exactly two furniture profiles for the HIGH shape: A and D. The architectural-profile row is empty in that column, so this cover is not intended for FALCO, GAUDI or APA. The fit follows from the shape of the cover rather than from the profile family, which is why the lists in neighbouring columns of the table do not apply here.
How much light it passes
Frosted PMMA in the HIGH shape passes 73% of the strip's output — measured in the Lumines photometry laboratory, tolerance ±5%. The other finishes of the same shape give 93% (transparent), 80% (milky frosted), 39% (milky) and 22% (black), so the only HIGH cover brighter than this one is the transparent version.
The domed section moves the diffusing surface away from the strip. The greater the distance between the LEDs and the cover, the less individual dots show through — in the same finish, HIGH blends them better than a diffuser lying flat on the profile.
Fitting, length and operating range
The diffuser is pressed into the profile from the front along its whole length. The catalogue carries this shape in 1 m, 2 m and 3 m sections; code 11-2052-20 is the 2 m version, so a longer run is made up from several sections.
The manufacturer gives the material's operating range as −20 to +70 °C. The cover is supplied on its own — profile, LED strip, end caps and mounting brackets are separate items in the LUMINES system.
