Endon Highclere 112232 floor lamp, brushed chrome and natural linen, E27, 150 cm

Endon Highclere 112232 is a single-light floor lamp with a slender metal stem and a circular base finished in brushed chrome. Its cylindrical shade is made from 100% linen in a natural colour. Inside the shade, a brushed metallic lining creates a visibly different surface from the woven fabric on the outside.

Plan around the shade, not just the stem

The lamp is 150 cm high and measures 38 cm in diameter. When choosing its position, allow for the width of the shade as well as the narrow upright. Compare that measurement with the gap beside an armchair, nearby furniture and the wall. The base must sit on a stable, flat surface. Keep the cable out of walking routes while leaving the foot switch accessible.

Highclere can provide supplementary lighting in a living room, bedroom, dining room or study. The round fabric shade and stepped detail where the stem meets the base recall traditional floor lamps. Straight metalwork and the brushed chrome finish give the design a more restrained outline. This combination suits classic, modern and modern classic interiors, with contrasting fabric and metallic surfaces rather than an elaborate branching frame.

Choose one E27 LED bulb separately

The fitting takes one E27 LED bulb rated up to 10 W. A bulb is not included, so it needs to be purchased separately. Light colour and brightness depend on that choice; neither a fixed colour temperature nor a lumen output belongs to the empty fitting. Check the cap and permitted wattage when selecting a replacement.

A 2 m black cable incorporates an inline on/off foot switch. You operate the lamp at floor level instead of reaching beneath the shade. It requires a 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply and must be fully assembled before it is plugged in.

Care and use restrictions

The manufacturer's instructions specify indoor use and exclude bathroom locations. Do not cover the lamp or hang objects from it. Unplug it before cleaning or changing the bulb, and allow the light source to cool. Use a dry cloth only, without liquid or abrasive cleaners.
