Fabbian Freeline F44 M14 02 LED bar, black, 100 cm, 8 W, 3000 K

Fabbian Freeline F44 M14 02 is a black LED bar for building lighting compositions within the Freeline system. Its aluminium body has longitudinal grooves and a slender, circular cross-section. This is a one-metre illuminated system component, rather than a complete lamp supplied with its own mounting arrangement and power supply.

A one-metre section in a larger design

The bar is 100 cm long and 2.3 cm in diameter. These measurements describe the reach of an individual section and the size of its visible profile. Compare the metre-long bar with the available space and allow for the other structural components when planning a layout. Its length should not be read as the overall size of the finished lighting installation.

Designed by Flynn Talbot, Freeline connects aluminium bars using system clamps. The straight outline and black finish suit modern, minimalist compositions. The eventual application depends on the chosen mounting components and the complete arrangement. Photographs of larger installations illustrate the collection's possibilities; they do not show everything included with this particular bar.

The 3000 K LED version

The exact F44 M14 02 article has an 8 W LED source rated at 828 lm. Its 3000 K colour temperature produces warm white light, while CRI 90+ describes colour rendering. When extending an existing installation, matching the colour temperatures of the sections matters: a separate 2700 K version also exists in the family.

The bar operates on 24 V DC. It is not intended for direct connection to mains voltage, so compatible power provision must be planned as part of the system.

Included parts and separate components

The manufacturer lists an LED strip, diffuser, power cable and two end caps as included. Choose the power supply and the components required for the intended mounting arrangement separately. Do not assume that the equipment supplied with unlit bars or complete Freeline luminaires also comes with this article. F44 M14 02 identifies the black, one-metre LED section in the 3000 K version.
