GES985 Brown Gea Luce IP65 Stair Lighting

Gea Luce SOL R GES985 step light

GES985 is a compact outdoor LED step marker made for quietly defining stairs, access routes and circulation areas after dark. Its round 11 cm body has a brown finish and a polycarbonate diffuser, while a narrow diagonal opening on the front directs the light outward. This is wall-mounted auxiliary lighting with a deliberately restrained, modern appearance.

Guidance rather than glare

The integrated 3 W LED module provides neutral 4000 K light with a 160 lm output. A 120° beam helps make a stair edge or section of façade legible without competing with the main garden lighting. Indirect distribution keeps the effect calm and practical, so the fitting is suited to places where safe orientation matters more than a dramatic light feature.

Verified specifications

• diameter: 11 cm; housing depth: 2.2 cm,
• die-cast aluminium structure with a polycarbonate diffuser,
• IP65; 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz supply,
• CRI above 80, 25,000-hour rated life and protection class I,
• integrated LED module; on/off operation and not dimmable.

Practical placement

The brown Gea Luce SOL R works naturally beside exterior steps, at an entrance, on a low wall or along a terrace route. Its IP65 rating supports outdoor installation, while the shallow body keeps the wall detail neat. Plan evenly spaced fittings so each change of level remains easy to read in the evening.
