Italux Martelo Pendant Light E27 18.5 cm – White Glass and Coloured Details PND-36545-1B-GD-WH

Italux Martelo PND-36545-1B-GD-WH is a single-light pendant with a white glass shade and a vertical stack of coloured details above it. An elongated green element sits over a lower, ribbed blue-grey element, separated by gold-toned fittings. The black cable and round ceiling canopy contrast with the white shade rather than continuing its colour.

Allow for the body and the full drop

The diameter is 18.5 cm, the body height is 39 cm and the manufacturer's stated overall height is 112 cm. Keep the two height measurements separate when planning: the decorative body occupies a different amount of space from the complete suspended fitting. Compare the overall height with the distance from your ceiling to a tabletop or the lowest acceptable position of the light.

This is the version with one light source, not a multi-arm chandelier. The room photographs show several independently suspended pendants; they do not indicate that two fittings are supplied. The compact shade diameter can be considered when planning a repeated arrangement above a table or kitchen island, with enough space allowed for each pendant.

A separately chosen E27 bulb

The fitting has one E27 socket for a bulb rated at a maximum of 40 W. No bulb is included. The manufacturer allows a conventional bulb or LED, so brightness and colour temperature depend on the bulb you select rather than a fixed LED module. The stated supply voltage is 220–240 V.

Dimming is possible with a suitable light source. If you choose an LED for a dimmed installation, check that its dimming capability matches the controls being used. An E27 base alone does not establish that compatibility.

A coloured composition for modern interiors

The manufacturer lists metal alloy and glass and also describes ceramic details. The smooth white shade contrasts with the elongated and ribbed elements, supporting a modern or modernist setting. Martelo can be considered for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, hallways, studies and children's rooms. Above a work surface, choose the bulb and number of pendants according to the brightness required; one light point is not a guarantee of sufficient illumination throughout a room.
