IVAR in its wall-light form is a 30 cm aluminium tube in a peach finish, with the collection's distinctive vertical fluting on the shade. That fluting is not incidental — the same structural motif now appears on sideboard fronts, wall panels and kitchen islands, so the fitting joins a coherent scheme rather than standing apart from it.
Two light points, up and down
The wall light has two light sources and emits in both directions — up and down along the wall. Combined output is 2104 lm on 14 W. A 36° beam angle creates two crisp, concentrated cones that trace the wall rather than dissolving into the room — this is a fitting for building mood and picking out wall texture, not for general lighting.
Light quality
4000 K is neutral white, and the colour rendering index is 90 — well above the 80 typical of technical fittings. In practice that means fabrics, timber and skin tones look natural, without the washed-out reds of cheaper LEDs. The manufacturer states flicker-free operation, achieved with drivers from TCI, Mean Well and KGP, and a rated source life of 50,000 hours.
Control
The fitting supports DALI and PUSH DIMM control. The first is the bus standard used in smart installations and commercial buildings; the second allows dimming from an ordinary momentary push switch with no extra wiring — hold the button to change brightness. That is an unusual convenience in a wall light of this size.

Where it works
The manufacturer positions the IVAR collection for homes — living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and entrance area — as well as commercial spaces: offices, restaurants, lobbies and lounge areas. A wall light with a narrow beam works best in pairs either side of a bed, along a corridor, or against a textured wall worth showing. The IP20 rating restricts installation to dry rooms, and protection class I requires a circuit with a PE earth conductor.
