K-7064A/1 is a garden light on a 230 cm post topped with a six-sided lantern of glass panes, with a peaked roof and a finial. The post is fluted and widens into a moulded base, and the whole piece is finished in black. The structure is metal, the lantern glass.
Size and siting
The post stands 230 cm — set that against the height of the fence, hedge or shrubs where the light is to go, because that decides whether the lantern sits above the greenery or disappears behind it. The lantern itself is 22 cm across.
The base occupies a 27 × 27 cm square, so the light needs a firm, level spot at least that size. No foundation or anchors are supplied — how the post is fixed to the ground is chosen to suit the substrate.
Light source
The light takes one E27 lampholder and runs off the 230 V mains. The manufacturer states a maximum lamp rating of 15 W in LED form — that is the ceiling for this fitting, not the power it always draws.
No bulb is included, so colour and brightness depend on what goes in: a warmer bulb gives a calmer feel along a path, a neutral one better visibility at a driveway. The source is replaceable, so what wears out is the bulb rather than the fitting. The glass panes spread the light and shield the bulb from direct rain.
Weather resistance and the rest of the series
The fitting is rated IP44, that is protected against splashing water from any direction — enough for rain and dust in a garden, though it is not a seal against jets of water or immersion.
The model belongs to the STANDARD series, in which Kaja also offers facade wall lights and shorter bollards in the same finish. If the lighting is to cover a path, a driveway and the house wall, they can be matched in one colour and shape instead of mixing separate designs.
