LED Labs GABI 20-1320-06 brushed silver adjustable recessed frame 90 mm 67 mm cut-out

LED Labs GABI 20-1320-06 is a square recessed spotlight frame made in a brushed silver aluminium finish. Its outer plate measures 90 × 90 mm and the complete structure is 22 mm high. The inner circular ring can be tilted to alter the direction of light after installation. This product is a housing for an MR16 light source, not a complete fitting supplied with a lamp and socket.

An adjustable directional ring

The moving insert allows the installed source to be angled towards a selected area. It can be used to accent a wall, shelf, picture or circulation route when a fixed vertical beam is not appropriate. The manufacturer does not specify the adjustment angle, so the final position should be assessed with the compatible source fitted. The square plate stays fixed against the ceiling and only the inner circular element moves. An installation image shows the frame with an illustrative lamp, but that light source is not included with the product.

A 67 mm mounting cut-out

The official data sheet specifies recessed installation, overall dimensions of 90 × 90 × 22 mm and a circular 67 mm cut-out. Side springs hold the frame against the face of a suspended ceiling. Before cutting, check the clear space above the board, the location of supporting profiles, and requirements of the chosen source and separate socket. An oversized hole will not support the outer plate correctly. The frame is cast aluminium with a brushed silver surface and is rated IP20.

MR16 source and socket sold separately

The manufacturer identifies MR16 as the matching light-source format, but the source is sold separately and no socket is included. Voltage, power, colour temperature, output and dimming capability therefore depend on the selected lamp, holder and supply rather than on the GABI frame itself. The data sheet carries a Class III symbol, which must be considered when designing the complete circuit. Electrical installation should be completed by a qualified person with power isolated. IP20 restricts the frame to a dry interior. Before purchase, confirm that the MR16 source and holder fit the retaining ring and allow the required ventilation space above the ceiling.
