The VT-150030ST is a V-TAC LED street light housed in a flat, rectangular black aluminium body measuring 333 × 138.4 × 92 mm. A cylindrical mounting socket on the underside slides onto a lighting arm or pole — the fixture is not designed for wall mounting, and it carries no bulb holder because the light source is permanently built in.
Mounting and connection
The mounting sleeve lets the fixture sit directly on a street-lighting arm without an extra bracket. Connection is by wiring: three leads exit the housing and terminate in a connector block, so installation needs access to a 230 V supply and a hard-wired connection to the mains. The fixture weighs 0.72 kg.
How much light it gives
The LEDs are permanently built in and cannot be replaced — after 25,000 hours of operation (around 22 years at 3 hours of use a day) the whole fixture needs replacing. The module delivers 2505 lm while drawing 30 W, which works out to roughly 83.5 lm/W. The light is 4000 K, a neutral white, and the lens spreads it over a 115° beam angle, covering a wide strip of road or square below the light. A CRI of 70+ is enough to tell colours apart outdoors, though it does not render them as accurately as daylight.
Where it can be installed
The manufacturer specifies this fixture for streets, crossroads, tunnels, car parks and industrial sites. An IP65 rating means full protection against dust and water jets from any direction, so the fixture can work outdoors without extra shelter. The manufacturer states more than 15,000 on/off cycles and an F energy efficiency class. The housing carries a 2-year warranty and CE, EMC and RoHS certification.
