Lighting column Norlys Trysil 1066GR graphite LED 12.2 W 3000 K DALI2 300 cm

The Trysil 1066GR is a complete lighting column 300 cm high with a single horizontal arm reaching 71 cm from the shaft axis. Shaft and arm are extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated in graphite, and the diffuser is clear UV-stabilised polycarbonate. There is an anchor plate at the base.

How much light it gives and how it spreads it

The luminaire puts out 1638 lm at 12.2 W; the LED module itself produces 1691 lm, so little is lost in the optic and luminaire efficacy is 134.3 lm/W. 3000 K is warm white — calmer than the neutral 4000 K usual in street lighting.

The distribution comes from a Ledil VSM lens in class IESNA type V, a round pattern symmetrical around the column: the light lands as a circle rather than a band along a path. The BUG classification B1-U1-G1 says little light escapes sideways or upward, which matters when the column stands close to windows. Ra 70 is enough to guide someone along a footpath, not to render colours faithfully.

Control

The luminaire runs on DALI2 with NightDim, so dimming needs a DALI controller — a phase dimmer in the supply line does nothing here. The driver arrives programmed to maximum current, and Norlys sets further levels and schedules by arrangement. The LED module and the control gear are replaced by the manufacturer's service only; the stated module life is 100 000 h to L90B10.

Installation and what has to be bought as well

The column weighs 19.2 kg and ships in a 232 cm carton — a dimension worth checking before delivery and carrying. The foundation is not included: the ground anchor (index 180), the concrete-set anchor (3091) and the mounting adapter (1259) are bought separately.

The terminals take conductors up to 5 x 4 mm², or up to 5 x 2.5 mm² when looped through; the gland accepts a cable up to 13.6 mm in diameter. Protection class I — the circuit needs an earth conductor. IP65 withstands water jets from any direction, and IK10 is the highest impact class in the standard: the shaft stands at exactly the height a mower or a bicycle hits. The operating range runs from -20 to +45 °C.
