GFA1261CD is a linear LED module for 48 V magnetic tracks. It is 60 cm long and only 2.3 cm wide; the aluminium body is finished in matt white, and the light comes out through a white polycarbonate diffuser running the whole length of the fitting.
Which track it fits
The module snaps in magnetically and works in 48 V tracks and nothing else — it cannot go on a 230 V track or straight onto a ceiling. The 48 V DC comes from the track itself, so compatibility is decided by the track system; the fitting works in protection class III.
The manufacturer states one restriction: the body must not be installed in corners. On a track bent into an L, the run therefore has to be planned so the 60 cm module falls on a straight section. It is specified for indoor use only.
How much light it gives
The module draws 24 W and delivers 1768 lumens — roughly what two old 60 W bulbs used to give. That is main room lighting rather than an accent.
The light spreads over 110 degrees and the diffuser scatters it, so the result is an even band rather than a spot. 3000 K is warm white, and colour rendering above Ra 90 makes colours look almost as they do in daylight, which counts over stock in a shop and over a worktop. The LED is built in and cannot be replaced; the manufacturer quotes 50,000 hours.
Dimming and dual switching
The fitting can be dimmed, but no dimmer is supplied: the manufacturer specifies a phase-cut dimmer operated by a push button. It is chosen separately, alongside the track's power feed.
The module also carries a dual-switching arrangement, so it can run in an installation with two independently switched circuits. The leaflet in the box explains how it is set.
Dimensions and build
At 60 cm long and 2.3 cm wide the module is a narrow band of light — it takes up little track and leaves room for other fittings. It weighs 380 g, or 440 g with its packaging.
