ARROYOS is a horizontal pendant light made of seven glass elements set in a single row and joined by gold metal connectors. Milky matt globes alternate with clear shades carrying a relief texture, and the row is 110 cm long.
How big it is and where it hangs
The light is 110 cm wide and 125 cm tall overall, including the suspension. In the maker's photos one end of the bar hangs from the power cable, which runs up to a gold cylindrical canopy, and the other from a thin wire — so the fitting has two ceiling fixing points, roughly the length of the bar apart.
The maker intends ARROYOS for the kitchen, over an island and over a table. The 110 cm bar suits a top longer than itself, leaving a little free space at both ends. Over a dining table the lower edge is usually hung 70–80 cm above the top.
How much and what kind of light it gives
The source is an integrated 42 W LED module supplied with the fitting — no bulbs to buy, but the module cannot be swapped like a bulb. The maker gives a source flux of 7029 lm, enough to serve as the main light over an island or a large table. 3000 K is warm white.
The light can be dimmed with a TRIAC (phase-cut) dimmer. 0–10 V and DALI controllers are not the answer here, so it is worth planning the right dimmer into the installation from the start.
Construction
The fitting is gold-coloured metal and glass in two tones. The milky globes spread the light evenly, while the clear textured elements show the inside of the fitting and refract light across their surface — so the row alternates between a soft glow and sparkle.
