Energy Distributor 2901CS is a low garden power post with two 230 V sockets. The body is a 25 cm extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated in a colour Norlys calls "corten steel" — the name of the finish, not the material. It has no light source: it brings power to wherever a socket is needed in the garden or beside a terrace.
Sockets and wiring
The front carries two type E (Uni) 16 A sockets with a protruding earth pin. Type E is the standard in Poland, France and Belgium; in the UK and Ireland the standard is type G, so UK plugs need an adapter, and in countries using type F (Schuko) only hybrid E/F plugs (CEE 7/7) fit. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 4 mm² and allow power to be looped on to the next post with cable of the same cross-section; the gland takes a round cable up to 12.5 mm in diameter.
The post is protection class I, so it must be connected to a protective earth conductor. Norlys specifies installation by a suitably qualified person.
Size and installation
The post is 25 cm high and fits within 12 × 14 cm at the base (the sockets project from the front). It is fixed through four ø7 mm holes spaced 64 × 64 mm. For setting it in the ground Norlys sells a concrete-in anchor, 2934ZX0009, separately; it is not included. IP54 means protection against dust and splashing water from any direction. The post weighs 2.02 kg, and the same range has a taller 49 cm version, 2900.
