NORLYS Lillehammer 2292AL silver LED outdoor wall light

NORLYS Lillehammer 2292AL is a silver outdoor wall light made from powder-coated cast aluminium. Its aluminium-colour RAL 9006 finish is paired with clear safety glass. The compact rectangular body has no decorative trim, and this version directs its light downwards only: it is not the two-way up-and-down model.

A defined pool of light on the façade

The built-in LED module produces warm white light at 2700 K. The complete luminaire delivers 105 lm through a downward 60° distribution. This should not be confused with the LED source's 504 lm: the luminaire figure describes the light available after the optical system and is the relevant figure for planning the installation. Lillehammer is intended to illuminate wall surfaces and architectural details rather than act as a powerful floodlight for an entire property.

On a wall beside a terrace or balcony, it directs light towards the area below its mounting position. The manufacturer's ULOR figure is 0%, meaning no light output into the upper hemisphere. The restrained proportions suit modern, minimalist and Scandinavian architecture. This silver finish also distinguishes the variant from the black and graphite versions in the same family.

Size and wall connection

The body measures 18.5 × 11 × 8 cm. Compare the available wall space and cable position with those dimensions before deciding where to install it. Mounting uses two 5 mm holes at a spacing of 45 × 130 mm. The fixture operates on 220–240 V and is a Class I luminaire, so its protective-earth connection and installation need to be completed by a suitably qualified person in accordance with the instructions.

Dimming and servicing

Total luminaire power is 4.5 W. Brightness can be controlled by trailing-edge phase dimming; check this control type when selecting a compatible dimmer. This is not a fitting for a conventional screw-in bulb. The LED module and control gear can be replaced by a professional service. Its IP65 construction includes a silicone gasket and an EPDM cable gland. Correct installation is necessary to maintain the intended protection in outdoor use.
