Norlys Lillehammer DC2296GR is a compact outdoor wall light that sends its light in one direction: upwards. Its rectangular die-cast body is finished in graphite RAL 7016 and measures 18.5 × 11 × 8 cm. The integrated 3.6 W LED produces 109 lm from the luminaire at a warm 2700 K. This model is intended for highlighting walls, façades and selected architectural details rather than flooding a large area.

A controlled 60° upward beam

The single-sided 60° distribution draws a defined patch of light above the fitting. The LED source itself is rated at 512 lm, while the delivered luminaire flux is 109 lm; luminaire efficacy is 30.3 lm/W and ULOR is 100%. The warm light has a CRI of 80 and an SDCM3 colour tolerance. These figures make the intended role clear: Lillehammer is an architectural accent for repeating along a wall, not a substitute for broad driveway or pathway lighting.

Materials selected for outdoor exposure

The housing is made from powder-coated cast aluminium, with transparent safety glass over the optical system. A silicone gasket and an EPDM cable gland complete the sealed construction. The IP65 rating protects against dust and water jets, while IK08 indicates resistance to mechanical impact. Operation is specified from −30°C to +50°C. Net weight is 1.57 kg and gross weight is 1.72 kg, so the supporting surface and fixings need to suit both the fitting and the wall material.

24 V DC supply and professional installation

DC2296GR requires an external voltage-stabilised 24 V DC power supply; that supply is not part of the luminaire. The LED module is prepared for dimming with a compatible driver and is replaceable by service personnel. Lifetime values are L80 above 102,000 hours and L90 above 52,600 hours. Installation uses two Ø5 mm holes spaced 45 × 130 mm, and loop-through wiring is possible. As this is a class III fitting, connection should be completed by a qualified installer in accordance with the Norlys instructions.
