Zuma Line GALATEA DU31350/6.5W is a single pendant with a transparent, rounded shade covered in a pronounced intersecting pattern. Gold-coloured fittings contrast with the black suspension cable. The manufacturer identifies the materials as metal and plastic.
A small shade on a slender suspension
The shade is 15 cm in diameter, while the technical drawing shows an overall fixture height of 120 cm. Compare that overall measurement with your ceiling height and the distance to a tabletop or other surface below the pendant before choosing its position. It should not be confused with the height of the shade itself.
A cylindrical ceiling canopy and a narrow gold-coloured section above the shade continue the vertical line of the cable. The official illuminated photograph also shows the shade pattern in the light on the nearby wall. Its detailed shade and simple suspension suit a decorative role in a modern living room or bedroom, including interiors with glamour accents. Above a table, it can complement other lighting rather than automatically serve as the sole light for a large room.
Three colour temperatures from a wall switch
The built-in 6.5 W LED is included, so there is no separate bulb to choose. The manufacturer specifies 589 lm and three settings: warm white at 3000 K, neutral white at 4500 K and cool white at 6500 K. Switching the wall switch off and on changes the colour temperature.
To save the selected setting, the instructions require the lamp to remain off for at least 6 seconds after selection. The next switch-on restores the previous colour temperature. The assembly instructions also confirm compatibility with wall dimmers; brightness adjustment is distinct from selecting a light colour.
Installation and servicing
The instructions show ceiling mounting and mark the ceiling fixings as not included. Choose suitable fixings for the mounting surface. Both the light source and its driver can be replaced by a professional service, rather than through the ordinary user replacement of a screw-in bulb.
