Zuma Line PLANT 5555 SHELF is a black pendant light that combines a long shelf with five lighting points beneath it. Three white spherical glass shades alternate with two black cylindrical fittings on the metal structure. Rather than repeating one shade along a bar, the design brings enclosed globes and downward-facing light fittings into the same assembly.
Planning around the 80 cm shelf
The light measures 80 cm long and 25 cm wide. Compare both dimensions with your dining table or kitchen island before choosing its position: the shelf occupies more space than a narrow pendant bar. Its elongated layout supports use over a table or island. It can also be considered for a living room or bedroom where the wide fitting and its suspension will not intrude into a walking route.
The manufacturer specifies a height range of 30–120 cm, and the assembly instructions show how the suspension cables are adjusted. This is documented height adjustment, not an assumption based on the power cable. Consider ceiling height, the furniture below and clearance beneath the globe shades together. The shelf remains a prominent part of the silhouette even when the light is switched off.
Three E14 bulbs and two GU10 bulbs
Five separate bulbs are required: three with E14 bases and two with GU10 bases. Bulbs are not included. The product card specifies a maximum of 10 W for LED sources. Brightness and light colour therefore depend on the bulbs you select, rather than being fixed properties of an integrated LED module. Remember to buy both base types; a single bulb type cannot fill all five positions.
Black metal against white glass
The flat shelf and simple cylinders contrast with the rounded shades, supporting modern, industrial and loft-style interiors through form as well as colour. The fixture is intended for indoor use. Its instructions prohibit installation in areas with high humidity and require installation by a suitably qualified electrician.
