Plafon Sigma PUNTO 1xGX53 12W brushed gold SKU 40823

Sigma PUNTO 1 40823 – a low-profile ceiling light in brushed gold

Sigma PUNTO 1, manufacturer code 40823, is a compact ceiling fitting with one GX53 light point. The exact product images show a clean horizontal tube, a shallow cylindrical shade and a round ceiling canopy. Brushed gold gives the steel form a warm satin character, while the white diffuser visible underneath closes the fitting with a softer note. It is a deliberately restrained detail: the defined line and low height keep the ceiling composition calm instead of turning the luminaire into an oversized focal point.

The fitting is 33 cm wide, 10 cm long and no more than 10 cm high. Its fixed shade is 8 cm wide and 3.7 cm high. Because the shade does not adjust, the light direction remains constant; consider the position of the area below it before choosing the mounting point. The close-to-ceiling format can bring a finished, orderly accent to a circulation area, a kitchen installation or another space where a hanging fitting would be intrusive.

Light source and construction

• one replaceable GX53 LED lamp, maximum 12 W,
• the lamp is not supplied, allowing output and colour temperature to be chosen separately,
• brushed brass-plated steel body,
• bracket mounting and 230 V connection,
• IP20 protection rating.

A compact design detail

The slim arm and small shade work naturally with pale timber, stone and brass-toned details. PUNTO 1 can be repeated along a longer route where a rhythm of matching points is wanted, or used alone by an entrance or secondary worktop. Disconnect the supply before installation and select fixings appropriate to the ceiling surface. Once installed, choose a GX53 source whose light output suits the task in the illuminated zone.
