Kapello M 32344 – a white wave with a copper underside

Kapello M shapes its shade from one freely curved plane. One edge rises gently, the other forms a broader dip, and the bulb positioned at the centre remains uncovered. Facing the ceiling, the mineral composite is matt white. The view from below reveals a copper-coloured surface with an irregular fibrous pattern. Once illuminated, this texture gains contrast and draws attention to the changing curve of the material.

The M size as a single visual accent

A 55 cm diameter suits placement above a smaller dining table, island or coffee table. Although broad, the form is only 12.5 cm high, so it reads as a wave suspended in space rather than a heavy shade. The white cable and circular canopy do not compete with that surface. Its two-sided finish is clearest from an oblique angle: the upper face can relate to a pale ceiling, while copper is directed towards people below.

Choosing the bulb and drop

The central holder accepts one replaceable E27 LED bulb up to 15 W; no light source is included. Its globe is conspicuous beneath the shade, allowing appearance to be considered as part of the fitting. Opal glass produces a quieter point, while a clear bulb displays its internal elements. Overall height can be adjusted to a maximum of 80 cm. If a deeper drop is required, the manufacturer offers a longer cable as a made-to-order option.
