TERESITA is a 180.7 cm floor lamp built from white aluminium. Two flat, luminous arms rise from a low cylinder and open into a V — one reaches 152 cm, the other the full 180 cm. The arms themselves are 1.3 cm wide, so switched off the lamp barely registers in a room.
How much room it needs
The base is a round plate 22 cm across and a cylinder 10 cm across and 30 cm high. That is the only place the lamp touches the floor — those 22 cm are the figure to compare with the free space between an armchair and a wall, or beside a sofa.
Higher up the arms spread outwards, so above the base the lamp needs more room than below it; it will not sit in an alcove or between two closely placed pieces of furniture. The whole piece weighs 6 kg, which steadies so narrow a body.
What sort of light it gives
The built-in LED module draws 49 W and delivers 3492 lm at 3000 K — a warm white close to a traditional incandescent, with an output equal to roughly four old 60 W bulbs. For a floor lamp that is enough to light a room rather than merely place an accent in a corner.
The light leaves along the whole length of both arms and travels diagonally upwards, so it lands mainly on walls and ceiling and returns to the room reflected. The lamp cannot be dimmed — there is one fixed brightness.
The light source is permanently built in: it cannot be replaced and its colour cannot be chosen later. It is included, so the lamp works straight out of the box.
Construction and connection
Body and arms are aluminium in a white finish. The lamp runs from a 230 V socket through a cable taken out at the base, so no electrician is needed to set it up — only the route of that cable to the nearest socket has to be considered.
An IP20 rating specifies the lamp for dry interiors only. The manufacturer's symbol is LE44944; the twin LE44945 is the same lamp in black.
