Trio ADOUR 245560131 is a matt-white outdoor wall light with a round tilting head above a rectangular backplate. Its die-cast aluminium body pairs a flat wall-mounted section with a circular light face, giving it a modern, minimalist outline rather than the form of a traditional lantern.
Choose the colour at the fitting
The integrated SMD LED light source is rated at 7.5 W and 750 lm. There is no separate bulb to select before choosing the light colour. A DIP switch on the fitting offers three settings: 2300, 3000 and 4000 K. These move from a distinctly warm tone through warm white to neutral white, allowing the colour to be selected for the intended location.
Colour selection is not brightness control. ADOUR is not dimmable and is not suitable for an external dimmer, so an existing dimming circuit should not be treated as compatible merely because the lamp has an adjustable colour temperature.
A tilting head on a compact backplate
The head can be tilted to alter the direction of the light while the backplate stays fixed to the wall. The manufacturer specifies use at house entrances, on façades, beside patios and on garden sheds. This makes the head adjustment relevant when deciding which part of the immediate surroundings the wall light should face.
The fitting is 19 cm high and 10 cm wide, with a 14 cm projection from the wall. Check all three measurements against the intended position, particularly beside a door or another projecting façade detail. The narrow backplate does not describe the space occupied by the head in front of the wall.
Outdoor mounting and protection
IP44 provides splash-water protection, not protection for immersion or pressure washing. This is a wall-mounted fitting for a 230 V supply. Its matt-white finish and simple disc-and-rectangle composition suit a restrained modern exterior where the light is intended as a small architectural element rather than an ornamental lantern.
