Trio YAMUNA 269760242 is an anthracite outdoor wall light with a cylindrical body and upward and downward light openings. Die-cast aluminium forms the housing, while transparent glass covers the openings. The narrow cylinder sits in front of a rectangular wall base, leaving a simple geometric profile visible when the light is off.
Choose MINI GU10 bulbs, not just a matching socket
This fitting takes two separately purchased MINI GU10 bulbs, each rated at no more than 10 W. The manufacturer specifically identifies the mini format. A GU10 base alone therefore does not establish that a conventional larger bulb will fit inside the housing. Check the bulb dimensions as well as the socket designation before ordering your light sources.
One bulb directs light above the fitting and the other below it. Light colour, brightness and beam angle depend on the bulbs you select; they are not fixed specifications of this empty fitting. The illuminated photographs demonstrate an up-and-down effect rather than promising the same result with every pair of bulbs. Replaceable light sources also let you change the selected light colour while retaining the housing.
Measure the available wall space
The complete fitting is 23 cm high, 7.5 cm wide and 8.5 cm deep. Compare these measurements with the space beside an entrance door or on a terrace or balcony wall. The cylinder itself is 5 cm in diameter, which should not be confused with the overall width including the mounting base.
YAMUNA is designed for wall mounting and carries an IP65 rating. It connects to a 230 V supply; its Class I construction requires a protective earth connection. The installation manual shows isolating the power before fitting and inserting the bulbs behind removable end covers.
A restrained anthracite facade accent
Article 269760242 is anthracite rather than black. The cylindrical shape, without decorative arms, supports a modern or minimalist exterior scheme. Plan it as lighting directed along a vertical surface: the upward and downward arrangement is distinct from broad illumination across an entire outdoor seating area.
