V-TAC VT-8612B-RD black LED wall light, 12 W, 4000 K, 1400 lm, IP65

The black V-TAC VT-8612B-RD wall light, SKU 6788, takes the form of a circular disc held away from the wall. Its PC polycarbonate body and uninterrupted, undecorated front create a simple modern silhouette. This version has integrated LEDs rated at 12 W, with a colour temperature of 4000 K and a declared light output of 1400 lm.

A 16 cm disc rather than a projecting arm

The fitting measures 160 mm across and 60 mm deep. Compare both measurements with the available wall surface and the clearance around doors or other projecting features before choosing a position. It is a compact wall-mounted light, not a long lighting strip or an arm-mounted fitting.

The plain black face and circular outline suit modern and minimalist settings. Light is emitted from behind the disc, making the illuminated wall part of the visible effect. This construction should not be treated as an adjustable spotlight: the position of the complete fitting matters when planning the installation.

Fixed neutral white, without dimming

A colour temperature of 4000 K gives neutral white light. The integrated SMD LEDs mean that there is no separate bulb to buy. They also mean that you cannot select a different colour temperature simply by swapping bulbs. This version is not dimmable. For a circuit controlled by a dimmer, choose a fitting explicitly designed for that form of control.

The 1400 lm output and 105° beam angle describe this particular version. They do not, by themselves, establish the size of the illuminated area. Mounting position and the receiving surface also affect the result, so wattage alone is not enough when comparing alternatives.

Indoor and outdoor wall installation

Its wall-mounted design and IP65 rating support use on a facade, terrace or balcony wall, as well as indoors. IP65 means protection against dust and water jets, not suitability for immersion. Bathroom placement must comply with electrical zone requirements. Connection to the 220–240 V AC supply should be carried out by a qualified installer with the power disconnected. Disconnect the power before cleaning as well.
