VIBORAL is a table lamp 53 cm tall, built from three parts: a flat base shaped as an open ring, a slanted tubular stem, and a shallow domed shade 20 cm across. The shade is black outside and white underneath, with the LED module sitting inside it. The maker offers the same shape in gold as well.
How much room it takes and how it sits on a desk
The base is a ring roughly 20 cm across, and the lamp measures 28 cm at its widest because the shade cantilevers out to one side of the stem. That is an arrangement for the edge of the desk: the ring occupies a corner while the shade reaches over the spot being worked on, rather than lighting its own base.
At 53 cm tall the rim of the shade sits above the eye line of someone seated at a desk. The dome is deeper than the module itself and screens it from the viewing direction, so the light falls onto the surface rather than into the eye.
How much light it gives and how it is controlled
The built-in 18 W LED module puts out 1105 lm at 3000 K. That is more than the old 60 W incandescent bulb at around 800 lm, and 3000 K is warm white — light for working in the evening rather than cool office light.
Brightness is set with a control on the cord, so dimming needs neither a dimmer in the wall nor a special lamp. The control stays within reach beside the desk.
Build and what cannot be replaced
The body is aluminium, painted black along its whole length — base, stem and the outside of the shade. The light source is integrated: there is no cap and no holder, it cannot be replaced, and at the end of its life the whole lamp is changed.
IP20 protection restricts the lamp to dry interiors. Supply is 230 V from a socket, through a cord brought out at the base.
