ZAMBELIS 20190 is an aluminium profile for LED strips with an oval 15.2 × 29.4 mm cross-section and a length of 2 m. The aluminium keeps the natural colour of the metal and the top is closed by an opal polycarbonate cover. The manufacturer describes it as a ceiling profile: for surface mounting and for suspension.
How big the profile is and which strip it takes
The oval cross-section measures 15.2 mm across and 29.4 mm deep. When the profile is hung, that whole depth stays visible because nothing recesses it — a figure to compare with the place the fitting is meant to go.
The channel for the LED strip is 12 mm wide, so the width of the strip needs checking before purchase: a wider one will not fit. One piece measures 2 m, and a longer light line is built from several pieces.
What is in the box and what has to be bought separately
The set holds the two-metre profile with its opal PC cover, two end caps and two end caps with a side hanging bracket. The opal cover diffuses the strip's light, so the individual diodes do not read as a row of dots along the fitting.
The LED strip and the driver are not included. The remaining mounting accessories are bought separately too: the set of two metal brackets for hanging from above (20190-H) and the set of two metal side support caps (20190-S).
How it is mounted
The manufacturer provides for fixing the profile to the ceiling and for suspending it, from the top or from the side. The supplied end caps with a side bracket let the fitting be hung with nothing else bought; hanging from above calls for the 20190-H set.
The colour is natural aluminium, so the profile does not disappear against a white ceiling — once mounted it stays visible as a silvery line beside the lit opal band.
