20194-E is the finishing set for the Zambelis 20194 recessed aluminium profile. The box holds four end caps — two with a cable hole and two without — plus four metal mounting clips.
What it fits and what each part does
The end caps close the cross-section of the 20194 profile, which is 24.8 mm wide and 14.4 mm high. The version with a hole goes where the LED strip's supply lead leaves the profile; the closed one finishes the other end flush.
The 20194 profile itself is recessed, 2 m long and finished in natural aluminium; it comes with an opal polycarbonate cover, and its channel takes LED strip up to 12.2 mm wide. Caps with and without a hole come two of each, so the lead can leave the run at one end or at both.
The metal clips are screwed to the substrate and the profile then seats into them. Four clips and four caps let you cut the two-metre 20194 profile into two shorter runs and finish each separately — keep it as one uncut length and part of the set stays spare.
Materials and operating conditions
The end caps are grey plastic, the clips metal. The manufacturer gives an operating temperature range of -35 to 50°C, an IP20 rating and IK2 impact resistance, which is resistance to a 0.2 J blow. IP20 limits mounting to dry interiors.
The whole set weighs about 0.1 kg. The 20194 profile with its opal cover, the LED strip and the driver are separate items — this set is finishing and mounting hardware only.
