Abaca Jelly Fish S by BAZAR BIZAR is a pendant lampshade made from natural abaca fibres, with an open weave and a loose fringe around its lower edge. Its tapered upper section opens into an irregular, wider skirt rather than a smooth enclosed shade. The natural finish leaves the pale fibre colour and coarse surface texture visible.

Allow for the full 60 cm height

This S version measures 43 cm wide, 43 cm long and 60 cm high. S identifies its size within the Abaca Jelly Fish family; it does not mean a shallow shade. When planning a hanging arrangement, account for the full sixty-centimetre body. Compare its dimensions with the space above your furniture and with nearby walking routes. The length of the separately selected cable is another part of the final hanging arrangement.

The open lattice and uneven fringe are deliberate elements of the design. Handmade construction using natural fibres means individual shades can vary slightly in tone, outline and weave. The result should not be expected to have the uniform edges of a moulded or tightly enclosed shade.

A shade, not a complete wired lamp
