The V-TAC VT-8624 ceiling light is a round, surface-mounted fixture with a white plastic housing. The LED source is integrated into the fixture and cannot be replaced.
Size and mounting
The fixture measures 29.5 cm in diameter and 6 cm in height, and it is mounted directly on the surface of a ceiling or wall rather than recessed into the structure. The IP44 rating means protection against splashing water, which is why the manufacturer intends it for bathrooms and hallways.
Light
The integrated 24 W LED delivers a luminous flux of 2500 lm, comparable to roughly three traditional 60 W bulbs. The 4000 K colour temperature is neutral white, between warm and cool light, and a colour rendering index above 80 gives faithful, though not fully natural, colours. The 104 lm/W efficiency corresponds to a declared lifespan of 20,000 hours — about 18 years at 3 hours of daily use — and more than 15,000 on/off cycles.
Construction
The housing and cover are made of PP and PMMA plastic (acrylic), with a supply voltage of 220-240 V at 50/60 Hz. The manufacturer provides a two-year warranty on the fixture.
