Endon Linterna 96931 is a solar table lamp shaped as a rectangular lantern with a carrying handle. Its textured black frame is made from aluminium alloy, while a white polycarbonate diffuser covers the integrated LED beneath the upper housing.
A defined footprint for an outdoor table
The lamp stands 25 cm high on a 15 × 15 cm base. Compare that footprint with the space available for plates, glasses and other objects before choosing a position on a balcony or terrace table. Open sides expose the square frame rather than enclosing it in a shade. The straight handle and black finish give the lantern a modern, minimalist appearance.
Its IP44 rating supports outdoor use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. It can be placed on a table in the garden, on a terrace or balcony, or in a gazebo. For solar charging, the panel on top needs a sunny position; a roofed location must still allow sunlight to reach the panel.
Three brightness settings after dusk
The built-in 3.15 W LED produces warm white light at 3000 K. A touch switch selects fixed levels of 20, 90 and 230 lm rather than continuously variable dimming. The daylight sensor is important when deciding how to use it: the manual states that the light operates after dusk, not in daylight. This also affects a daytime test after charging. Hold the switch for three seconds to turn the lamp on or off.
Solar charging with a USB alternative
Rechargeable batteries and a USB cable are included. The charging connection is Micro-B, with USB-A at the other end of the supplied cable; a 5 V USB mains adapter is not supplied. The manufacturer gives approximate charging times of 13–15 hours by solar power or 6–7 hours through USB, and an indicative operating time of 8–9 hours. Initial charging may take one to two days.
Clean only with a dry cloth, without liquid or abrasive cleaners. Do not cover the lamp or hang objects from any part of it.
