Italux Morte LED pendant light, black, 60 cm PND-34535-2L-BK

Italux Morte PND-34535-2L-BK is a black LED pendant with two rings suspended at different levels. The matt frame contrasts with rows of small transparent elements beneath the rings. Its construction combines metal alloy, aluminium and acrylic; the decorative transparent trim should not be mistaken for crystal.

Check the whole drop, not just the rings

The fitting measures 60 cm in diameter. The light-bearing section is 18.8 cm high, while the manufacturer's overall height is 120 cm. These measurements describe different parts of the pendant: the shallow ring assembly does not mean that the complete light projects only 18.8 cm below the ceiling. Compare the full drop with your ceiling height and intended position before choosing it.

The circular arrangement can provide a central lighting feature above a dining table, including a dining area within a living room. Check the table width against the 60 cm diameter as well as the space above it. In a hall or bedroom, clearance beneath the lower ring matters particularly where people will walk below the light.

Three light colours from a wall switch

The LED light source is included. Italux specifies a maximum power of 70 W and a luminous flux of 4900 lm. There is no need to select separate E27 or GU10 bulbs. This version offers 3000 K, 4000 K and 6000 K, with the colour temperature changed using the wall switch.

That allows a choice between warm, neutral and cooler-looking white light without replacing the source. Colour-temperature switching is not brightness control: Morte is not dimmable. If lowering the light level is an essential requirement, this fitting does not provide that function.

Modern geometry with decorative trim

The plain black circles suit contemporary interiors, while the transparent detailing brings a glamour accent. It is a two-tier chandelier form without traditional arms or candle-shaped bulbs. The manufacturer also lists kitchens, studies, halls, living rooms, bedrooms and children's rooms as intended settings. In each case, the pendant's actual dimensions remain the starting point for deciding where it can be positioned.
